Pet Care
We offer Overnight (live-in) House Sitting and Pet Sitting designed for pet owners and homeowners who want calm, reliable caretakers while they’re away. From pets to plants to simply maintaining a presence in your home, we’re here to help.
Please note: While we don't have a minimum short stays (1–2 nights) are charged at a slightly higher rate (the high end of our range). This helps cover the time and scheduling that goes into each booking — even the short ones — so we can maintain high-quality, in-home care.
Our cancellation policy is listed below.
Cat SIts - (Overnight Care)
One Cat: $80–$120 per night
Rate depends on length of stay and individual care needs.
Additional Cats: +$10 per night each
We schedule a brief 30-minute meet-and-greet before confirming any booking to make sure we’re the right match for your pet’s needs. A $20 fee applies to cover time and travel. This fee is waived if a sit over three days is booked.
Dog Sits - (overnight care)
One Dog: $120–$140 per night
Includes three walks per day. Rate depends on length of stay and individual care needs.
Additional Dogs: +$10 per night each

Booking & Deposits
To reserve your dates, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining 50% is due on the first day of the sit.
For last-minute bookings (requested within 48 hours), full payment is required upfront.
Holiday Bookings
Holiday periods include Thanksgiving week, Christmas/New Year, long weekends, and other high-demand travel times.
For all holiday sits:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the dates.

The remaining 50% is due 7–14 days before the sit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the sit begins receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 7–13 days prior receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable.
Holiday deposits are always non-refundable.
If you return home early, no refunds are issued for unused nights.
